Courses for young people with disabilities (PFI): AF 2024 registrations – 25 open!

Registrations are open for the 2024-25 Training Year for the PFI (Individualized Training Paths) at the offices in Via Saponaro, Via Gianelli and Grottaferrata. Our free courses funded by the Lazio Region are designed specifically for young people with disabilities, offering a unique opportunity to acquire professional skills in a cooperative and inclusive environment.

Why choose Capodarco PFI?

Our training courses are divided into four distinct phases, combining group moments and personalized courses. Each student is followed by a close-knit team of trainers and teachers, in a positive environment, which guarantees continuous support and contributes to the safety and training of the individual as an individual who contributes to society.

The Four Phases of the PFI

  • 1st Phase: Reception and Orientation In this initial phase, we welcome new students and evaluate their compatibility with the tools available in our PFIs. Through knowledge and professional orientation activities, we ensure that every young person finds the path best suited to their needs and potential. If compatibility is confirmed, we proceed with registration.
  • 2nd Phase: Basic Skills During this phase, students acquire general, working and communication skills, transferable to different tasks and contexts. These soft skills are critical to preparation for any work environment.
  • 3rd Phase: Specific Professional Skills (Internship) The curricular training internship represents the heart of the path. In this phase, students deepen specific professional skills through practical experiences in the world of work. Although not aimed at hiring, the internship offers an essential opportunity for individual experimentation.
  • 4th Phase: Consolidation and Accompaniment In the final phase, we consolidate the skills acquired and accompany the students towards the conscious confirmation of their abilities. Through the return of experiences and the certification of skills, we prepare young people to leave the training course, accompanying them in their next professional step.

How the course works during the year

The courses for young people with disabilities are held from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm. The training year begins in September and until January the students participate in the common path in the classroom and in the spaces of the various offices. Subsequently, the student is directed to the training internship according to his/her abilities, possibilities and aspirations, which most of the time takes place in external companies our partners.

The Importance of the Training Internship

The training internship is a central element of our PFI. It allows students to put into practice what they have learned in a real context, offering an important opportunity for personal and professional growth. This moment of individual experimentation is essential to develop greater awareness of oneself and one's abilities.

Google Analytics (Pageviews)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) identifies user visits to the website and apps using an event-based model. It can then provide information about user behavior, engagement and website usage, which we use to improve. We configure Google Analytics according to Google's Consent Mode V2. When using this consent mode, GA4 is first loaded in cookieless mode to function as a simple pageview counter, reporting only anonymous hits for pageviews to the service. These hits are then treated as aggregated data, disconnected from the actual user session, making it impossible to reconstruct user behavior.

Google Ads (Pageviews)

Google Ads is an advertising service provided by Google LLC (USA), which allows you to show targeted advertisements to users while browsing online. Google Ads uses cookies to collect information on user interests and customize the advertisements shown.

The site has implemented the Consent Mode v2, so Google Ads will automatically adjust its behavior based on the user's expressed consent. In this case, Not Consent is given, therefore:

  • Google Ads will operate in limited mode, without using cookies and identifiers for ad personalization.

  • Only anonymous and aggregate information will be collected, useful for measuring advertising performance, without direct profiling.
