Living in Society: Work, Autonomy, Independence

Living in society with the same freedom of choice as other people is a fundamental goal for people with disabilities. To achieve it, a significant public commitment is needed to build a social and cultural pact of true and concrete inclusion.

The event

On September 30, we invite you to a moment of discussion and debate on crucial aspects of the lives of people with disabilities: work inclusion, social inclusion and the promotion of autonomy. The conference “Living within society” It will be an opportunity to share ideas, experiences and proposals.

The event is organized by

  • CGIL of Rome and Lazio: The Italian General Confederation of Labor is one of the main trade union organizations in Italy. The CGIL of Rome and Lazio is committed to protecting workers' rights, promoting social equality and supporting inclusive policies for people with disabilities.
  • FISH Lazio: The Italian Federation for the Overcoming of Handicap, Lazio section, is an organization that represents associations of people with disabilities and their families. FISH Lazio works to overcome physical and cultural barriers, promoting social inclusion and full participation in community life.
  • Capodarco Training: a social enterprise dedicated to professional training and social inclusion of people with disabilities. Through targeted educational programs and support initiatives, we promote autonomy, independence and job placement, offering concrete opportunities for active participation in society.

With the patronage of the Lazio region, which supports and promotes initiatives aimed at social inclusion, equality and improving the quality of life of people with disabilities.

The site has implemented the Consent Mode v2, so Google Ads will automatically adjust its behavior based on the user's expressed consent. In this case, Not Consent is given, therefore:
