Finding Your Way in the World: An Opportunity for Growth and Inclusion with Capodarco Formazione

If you are interested in a training and volunteering experience, we are looking for Volunteers for the Universal Civil Service to be involved in the project “Orienting Yourself in the World”, promoted by CESC Project!

This initiative is designed to offer support and guidance to young people among the 15 to 30 years old, with particular attention to those in vulnerable conditions. The aim is to improve training opportunities and promote social inclusion, by inserting itself into the program 2024 Inclusive Opportunities in Rome.

A project to guide and support young people

The planned activities aim to provide concrete tools to help participants build their own scholastic and professional future. At the locations of Capodarco Training, Civil Service volunteers will have an active role in organizing and managing initiatives aimed at young people with migrant backgrounds, disabilities or difficulties in accessing training opportunities.

Objectives and activities

The main objective of the project is to Strengthen guidance services and facilitate access to education and training for the most vulnerable young people. To do so, the program includes several actions, including:

  • Support for school and career guidance, with targeted paths to facilitate entry into the world of work.
  • Organization of educational and cultural promotion activities, to stimulate the active participation of young people in society.
  • Individual support to promote the inclusion of students with specific needs.
  • Participation in events and meetings with local institutions and bodies to strengthen the support network.
