Description
The administrative-secretarial operator is able to organize and manage secretarial activities in the various technical, organizational and technological aspects, evaluating and managing the priorities and needs expressed. It welcomes a company's customers and suppliers, sorts and archives incoming and outgoing correspondence and takes care of the recording, protocolling and archiving of documents. May also perform administrative and secretarial support functions, such as photocopying, answering telephones, preparing documents, and placing orders.

Mandatory requirements
- Qualifications: Secondary school diploma
- Language knowledge: For foreign citizens, knowledge of the Italian language at least at level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is essential, with the carrying out of specific assessment tests being mandatory during the selection process, if the candidate does not already have a certificate of equivalent value.
- Residence permit for non-EU citizens: Non-EU citizens must have a regular residence permit, valid for the entire duration of the journey.
Didactic articulation
The course addresses the subjects indicated in the regional repertoire of skills and profiles established with DGR n. 452/2012 and adapted to the provisions of Legislative Decree 13/13 and the Interministerial Decree of 30 June 2015 which establishes the National Framework of Regional Qualifications. Duration
300 hours, divided into 180 classroom hours and in 120 hours of practical exercises

At least 3 afternoons a week, from 2.30pm – 7.30pm

Professional qualification certificate, issued pursuant to Legislative Decree. 13/2013
Costs
The participation fee is €960.00, which can be paid in instalments.
