Description
The educational operator for autonomy and communication is a figure functional to the learning processes and inclusion of students with disabilities or disadvantaged conditions, who intervenes to enhance their abilities in areas such as autonomy and management of cognitive and relational aspects, from a non-welfare perspective with respect to the deficit but aimed at developing the skills of the recipient and of all the actors in the school processes for inclusion. The Operator integrates his own activity with that of other figures (curricular teachers, support teachers and ATA staff), not overlapping tasks and functions but enhancing the different areas of competence.

Mandatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Secondary school diploma
Language knowledge:
- For foreign citizens, knowledge of the Italian language at least at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is essential, while carrying out specific assessment tests during the selection process remains mandatory, if the candidate does not already have a certificate of equivalent value.
Residence permit for non-EU citizens
- Non-EU citizens must have a regular residence permit, valid for the entire duration of the journey.
Didactic articulation
The course addresses the subjects indicated in the regional repertoire of skills and profiles established with DGR n. 452/2012 and adapted to the provisions of Legislative Decree 13/13 and the Interministerial Decree of 30 June 2015 which establishes the National Framework of Regional Qualifications. 322 hours, divided into 202 classroom hours and in 120 hours of internships,

Recognition of training credits
Capodarco Formazione is authorized to recognize training credits for the OEPA qualification.
The admission credit is aimed at those who do not possess the minimum qualification required for access to the course (high school diploma) and is recognizable on the basis of the evaluation of formal, non-formal and informal learning, where possession of the prerequisites is demonstrated cognitive, knowledge and ability conditions for positive participation, with reference to EQF level 4.
Persons in possession of:
- EQF level 3 professional qualifications, gained following attendance of training courses concluded by public examination;
- attendance at least every two years of unfinished secondary education or VET courses;
- participation in continuous training and permanent education courses, for a minimum of 300 hours in total in the last 5 years.
THE attendance training credits are aimed at those who, based on the evaluation of formal, non-formal and informal learning, can obtain a reduction in the hours of attendance of the course in the maximum recognizable percentage of the 30% on the duration of classroom or laboratory hours and of the 100% on the curricular internship .
The service is carried out by operators authorized to recognize credits registered in the appropriate Regional Register and has a cost of € 180,00 for admission credit and € 160,00 for attendance training credit. The request for the transparency procedure must be made at the time of the registration application.
Training credits with a priori value (free service):
- Handout for attendance and test of the learning outcomes unit: "Fundamentals of psychology and psycho-pedagogy", in case of possession of a three-year, master's or old-school degree in psychology or education and training sciences;
- Attendance handout and test of the learning outcomes unit: "Safety in the workplace", in case of possession of suitable certification (conformity of the reference sector and temporal validity) relating to course attendance in compliance with the State - Regions Agreement of 21 /12/2011 – Training of workers pursuant to art. 37, paragraph 2 of the Legislative Decree. 81/2008;
- Exemption from curricular internship:
- one third of the duration of the internship (equal to 40 hours), based on demonstrable work experience in the role, carried out for 1 school year in the last 3;
- two thirds of the duration of the internship (equal to 80 hours), based on demonstrable work experience in the role, carried out for 2 school years out of the last 5, even if not continuous;
- the entire duration of the internship (equal to 120 hours), against demonstrable work experience in the role, carried out for 3 school years out of the last 5, even if not continuous
Work experience is normally demonstrated with a specific declaration issued by the Headmaster of the Institute where the work activity took place or through the presentation of signature sheets proving the service performed and validated both by the school contact person and by the management body. membership.
